Company Orientation
Before joining one of Blattner Energy's project teams, all new salaried employees complete a 3-day orientation program at our corporate office in Avon, Minn. This includes all new and promoted field engineers, site safety coordinators, superintendents, site managers, estimators and project managers.

Our orientation program aims to welcome you to our team and ensure your success by introducing you to corporate office employees and departments who work to support you in the field.
